The processes design and industrialization are executed internally, in order to satisfy the most delicate requests of the customers.
The process development is based on necessary production volumes , giving rise to different types of productive lines:

Thanks to the high technical know-how based on the production processes , the analysis of the required product and its production process is carried out to satisfy the customer’s needs. In this phase, the entire production cycle is studied in detail: suppliers, CNC machining, assemblies, tests, controls, and investments. The result of this study also provides the final estimated cost to the customer.

Upon receipt of the sales order, the technical department takes charge of the project, taking care of the activities necessary for the realization of the studied process.
The delicate phase of process development ends up with the production line installation ready to start.

During the production start, all involved departments optimize processes to ensure reliable and consistent manufacturing throughout the life of the product.

The continuous analysis of production data, the experience gained and a company culture based on continuous improvement, allow the optimization of production over time.
