PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT (Art.13 DLGS. 196/2003 e TEG 2016/679)

Within the meaning and for the purposes of the relevant code for the protection of personal data (Art. 13 Dlgs 196/2003 and Art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679), SATA SpA, with the registered office in Regione San Martino, 1 – 100087 Valperga (TO), in its capacity as a data controller publishes the following information in relation to the provision of personal data.  

1. PURPOSE OF REGULATION

The collection and control of personal data are finalized exclusively to carry out, on behalf of SATA SpA, research activity and the selection and evaluation of personnel, in the interest of its organizational structure. The control of data conforms with the required regulations and includes information gathered manually, by computer or by phone. These controls are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the relative usage of personal data. Data will be saved in both digital and paper archives, in order to allow identification and selection of specifically collected data.

2. DATA COLLECTION

2.1 The collection of data takes place when SATA SpA is provided information by email, fax, h handwritten correspondence, special online forms or orally during an interview or selection, on the part of the interested party, and information of professional experience on their curriculum vitae (CV).
2.2 Sending a personal CV by the interested party can represent:
a) A random (spontaneous) application;
2.3 The collection of data refers only to so-called general personal data, including any personal photographs within a personal profile, which will be processed within the strict limits relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes described above (1). The concerned party above all mustn’t share date that is qualified as detailed information according to Regulation 2016/679 or as sensitive information according to DLGS. 196/2003. In the event that sensitive data are also present (generally data suitable to reveal the belonging to protected categories) on a CV in possession by SATA SpA, only relevant data to the assessment of professional aptitude will be processed, within the limits in which the acquisition of such information is strictly necessary for the establishment of a collaboration / work relationship. Sata SpA reserves the right to save only those profiles that it considers relevant in its archives.
2.4 The processing of data by SATA SpA will always be in compliance with the procedures and methods of data processing provided in this privacy policy. The candidate is therefore invited to use the authorization form to process data at any time provided below (10) which must include a declaration of having read this information.

3. OPTIONAL SUPPLY OF DATA (CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO CONSENT)

Without prejudice to the freedom in the provision of personal data by the interested party, please note that failure to provide the data will make it impossible for Sata SpA to consider the interested party as a candidate in any selection procedure or staff evaluation. Sata SpA kindly asks candidates to indicate their consent to the processing of personal data on their CVs

4. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA (DATA SHARING)

4.1 For the purposes referred to above (1) and for what is strictly required in relation to the selection procedure or in-depth evaluation of our personnel, the personal data of the concerned party may be communicated and / or disseminated to designated partners or other Sata SpA offices. This includes subjects, even outside Sata SpA, responsible for the management and maintenance of electronic instruments, as data processors.
4.2 Personal data may be transferred, for the purposes referred to above (1), to the European Union and non-EU countries. Any further communication or diffusion will occur only with the consent of the interested party.
4.3 The interested party always reserve the right to indicate subjects or categories of subjects to whom their personal data must not be communicated.
4.4 The personal data processed are not subject to dissemination.

5. METHODS OF CONSERVATION, DURATION AND DATA PROCESSING

5.1 The data will be kept for a period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected. Sata SpA may, however, retain the data even after this period if it considers further use or research interest and selection continue to exist. The processing of data will always cease following the request for cancellation by the party concerned.
5.2 Sata SpA reserves the right to destroy CVs or any document containing personal data considered not compliant with the purposes defined above (1).
5.3 The treatment, which can be carried out at any Sata SpA office. Data processing will always take place with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and with methods that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time, the candidate can exercise his/her right to request information from the data controller. For example: confirmation of the existence of data, origin, purpose, update, cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, request information on data processing or to exercise the right of opposition.

7. PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STORAGE AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

The updated name list of other people designated as Responsible for the processing of personal data is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller (SATA SpA).

8. EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONSENT ACCORDING TO ART. 23 OF AGREEMENT

SATA SpA asks the interested party to include the following statement, consenting to data processing, on his/her CV: “I having examined the Privacy Policy Agreement, and am aware of the fact that the processing of personal data will be carried out by Sata SpA. I consent to the processing and communication of personal data for the purposes specifically indicated.”
